SESSIONS
Family and relationships are the most important things in our lives, but they can also be the place where we find most hurt and need the most healing. We specialize in working with individuals, families, and children by helping people communicate better through understanding and engagement.
COUPLES
SESSIONS
Couples therapy helps couples understand and resolve conflicts and improve the quality of their relationship. With the support of our counselors, couples therapy is intended to provide couples with the tools to communicate better, negotiate differences, problem solve, and develop healthy conflict resolution skills.
Youth
SESSIONS
Therapy with children between the ages of 6 – 12 will often involve play, art, storytelling, games, and other expressive modalities.
We also support adolescents ages 13-19, as they deal with difficulties of depression, anxiety, and heavy expectations. We will address and learn new and creative coping skills in order to tackle life challenges.
